Our aim is to match applicants to the reservation requests of our clients. Because of the caliber of our clientele, our screening process is extremely thorough and a must for all applicants regardless of whom they have worked for previously. For applicants to qualify they must have a minimum of two years of applicable experience. All candidates are interviewed personally either in our New York or Beverly Hills offices to help us assess their work history, their overall personality and professionalism. This requirement applies to every applicant, including those who live outside the US.

Each registered applicant must sign a mandatory gag order before they are able to work for any of our clients.

The sole responsibility of our Investigation Department is to conduct a complete background check on each applicant. Not only are references verified verbally, but written references are also checked meticulously for authenticity. Our candidates must pass our comprehensive background investigation which includes:

* Criminal History
* Checking Aliases
* Social Security Verification
* Sex Offender Registry

* Driving History
* Address History
* Verification of Prior Employment
* Drug Testing

These security procedures are mandatory. We do not place any candidate on our roster until his or her file has been approved and released by our Investigation Department.
